18-19 September Intro Week

Whether you have no idea what cheerleading is or you have cheered all your life come visit us at the 2007-08 Fresher’s Fair, in the sports hall on the 18th and 19th September, where you can meet with the cheerleaders, see them stunting, watch past performances on DVD and ask any questions.

Cheerleading is fun, a great way to keep fit and meet new people. You will learn how to do things that you never dreamed you could do.

Intro Meeting & Taster Session

Intro Meeting - Monday 24th September: 6pm Rodger Stevens Lecture Theatre 20

Taster Session - Monday 24th September: 7-10pm Sports Hall 1B(Where the sports fair was held) This will be the taster session to try it out and learn the moves for the tryouts

Bring a Boy Session

8-10pm Table Tennis room in the sports centre.

Grab all the men you know, and bring them to our training session!!
The more boys there are, the less silly your boy will feel. This session is open to everyone. Please come along and give it a go.

UNIty Tryouts

Trials will be held in Milton Keynes, and will be a whole day event 10-5pm. They will consist of 4 main sections to give you a chance to show your skills in stunts, dance, jumps and tumbling. The trial dance will be posted on video online 2 weeks in advance of the tryouts and all attendees will be expected to learn it fully before arriving. Forms and finance information for the year will be released at that stage. (Please note you will need to bring a passport photo.)
